ogg file concatinator?

does anyone know how to concatinate ogg files. They are mp3 currently but I will have to soon convert them to ogg, about 50 or so of only about 4 minutes each make up one book and is there any way to concatinate them into about 5 files, thus making this hole business so much easier?
